| 摘 要： | 本文将大学生就业及其职场人生作为一个环节纳入其整个人生长河加以考量,试图从人生的高度,利用心理学、行为学及社会学等相关理论和知识,阐述大学生面对职场人生本应秉持的思想、修养及其目标的达成思路及路径等,以期为被功利化所困惑、且仍深陷迷途的大学生指明方向;同时也不妨为高校就业指导添支手杖。

| Abstract: | The article considered college student employment and career life as a part of their lives.It tried to demonstrate the idea,self-cultivation that college students should have and the idea and way to achieve their goal from the height of life using psychology,ethology and sociology and other related theory and knowledge,hoping to chart the path for confused and lost college students and provide reference for college employment guide. |
