企业并购整合中核心员工流失的博弈分析

摘    要:企业并购整合是企业与员工双方的博弈过程。本文采用博弈论作为主要分析工具,以并购企业和被并购企业的核心员工为研究对象,建立了相应的博弈模型,对并购企业的整合行为和企业核心员工的离职关系进行了分析,并提出了一些结论和建议,以期促进并购整合的有效进行。

Abstract:MA integration is the game process involved both enterprises and employees.This article with the game theory as the main analysis tool,with both merged enterprise and core staff as research objects established the corresponding game model,analysed the integration behavior of MA enterprises and enterprise core staff wastage,put forward some conclusions and recommendations,in order to promote the effective integration of MA.
