| 摘 要： | 随着可持续发展的新型发展观的提出与建立和谐社会的需要,要求建立和完善循环经济发展模式,这一模式要求经济发展与资源有效利用和环境有效保护同时进行。而目前国民经济核算体系的核心指标GDP,不能反映这一要求。在此情况下,反映循环经济发展要求的核算指标——绿色GDP被提到日程上来。

| Abstract: | Need of putting forward with new-type development view of sustainable development and harmonious society of setting-up, demand to set up and perfect the development model of recycle economy, this mode requires economic development and effective utilization of resources and environment to protect and go on at the same time effectively. And the key index GDP of the national business accounting system, can't reflect the request of this one at present. Under this situation , reflect the index of checking and calculating of the demand for economic development of circulation --Green GDP is mentioned the schedule comes up. |
