| Abstract: | Technological innovation is a total process from new product developments to market sales in which the enterprise grasps the market potential profitable opportunity, aims at obtaining more profits, redistributes the conditions and factors of manufacturing, sets up more efficient and cheaper managing system. With the speeding of the economic globalization and the fast development of high-tech industry, building the new technological innovation system and boosting the ability of innovation have become the important strategical projects of economic development. |
