| 摘 要： | 探讨人文关怀在老年矽肺患者住院护理中的应用，为提高老年矽肺患者满意度提供依据。通过观察老年矽肺病人身心状况、心理状况，对患者实行护理人文关怀，使老年住院矽肺患者身心需求得到较好满足。实施护理人文关怀可提高老年矽肺病人的满意度。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the application of humane care in nursing the elderly patients with silicosis and pro- vides evidence for satisfaction degree of the patients. Through the observations of physical, mental and psychological conditions of elderly patients with silicosis, the conclusion has been drawn that humane care in nursing can satisfy the needs of the physical and mental of the patients and improve the satisfaction degree. |
