| Abstract: | Since the policy of reform and opening-up was carried out 30 years ago, the private economy has great advance in Heilongjiang. The financing of private-owned enterprises become more and more difficult especially with the coming of global financial crisis. Therefore it is urgent to improve the financing environment and solve the difficult of financing in order to increase the competitiveness of the private-owned enterprises in Heilongjiang. |
