| 摘 要： | 本文对山西省22家上市公司独立董事的数量、年龄、学历、专业、职业和兼职等方面,分析了山西省上市公司独立董事制度方面存在的共性问题,结合国内外独立董事制度研究情况,提出了相应的完善山西省上市公司独立董事制度的建议。

| Abstract: | Aiming for independent directors of listed companies in Shanxi province, this paper analyzes their number, distribution of their ages, their education degrees, their vocations, their part-time jobs, and so on. At the same time, this paper comes up with some analysis for the exited common problems to independent directors system in Shanxi province, and brings forth the corresponding proposes to improve the independent of directors system in Shanxi province. |
