| Abstract: | The agency problem is dividended to the agency problem of manager and the agency problem of controlling shareholder based on the concentrate of ownership structure.This paper reviews on the effect of capital structure on the agency problem of manager and the agency problem of controlling shareholder.Finally,we put forward future researches direction. |
