浅谈地下变电站的运行与管理

为了适应经济发展规划、满足城市景观的需要,越来越多的地下变电站投入运行。然而由于其结构及设备的特殊性,地下变电站存在着许多安全风险,对变电运行部门提出了新的要求。本文介绍了近年来国内外地下变电站的建设情况,分析了地下变电站的特点及其运行风险,结合中轴站的运行管理经验,提出了地下变电站在辅助系统及人员培训方面的对策和建议。为地下变电站的运行管理积累了经验。

Discussion about the Operation and Management of Underground Substation

Adapting to the economic development and meeting the needs of the urban landscape, more and more underground substation put into operation. However, due to the special nature of its structure and equipment, the underground substation exist many security risks and put forward new requirements to the operation department. The construction of underground substation at home and abroad in recent years is introduced, and the characteristics and operational risks of underground substation are analyzed. Combined with the operation and management experience of Zhong-zhou substation, this paper propose suggestions on underground substation auxiliary systems and personnel training measures, and accumulate experience on underground substation’s operation and management.
