Abstract:Taking the practices of Datong Coal Mine Group Corporation Ltd., as example, the access of the transformation and Spanning development for the state owned old enterprises was analyzed. The paper in detail introduced the five accesses of the coal and electric power integration, diversified development, developing circular economy, to set up the innovation enterprise and capital market built up.
