社会主义新农村建设应加强基层政权建设

基层政权在社会主义新农村建设中的作用十分重要。但当前农村基层政权的问题比较多,主要表现为村民自治流于形式,民主监督形同虚设,领导班子涣散软弱等。只有完善村民自治制度、整顿和调整村级政权组织、理顺乡镇政权与村级组织关系,才能加强基层政权建设,更好地推动社会主义新农村建设。

Strengthening the Basic Level Regime during the Process of Socialist New Countryside Construction

Basic level regime plays a very important role during the process of building socialist new countryside.However,there exist so many problems in the construction of rural basic level regime,such as lack of real villager autonomy and democratic supervision,the weakness of leading group.In order to strengthen the construction of ba-sic level regime,the system of villager autonomy must be improved,village regime organization must be innovated and the relation between the township regime and village's organization must be clarified.
