The Regulation usually concludes the economical regulation,the social regulation and the antitrust regulation.The economical regulation concerns the natural monopoly and the information asymmetry field such as the finance industry.For the complication in the finance industry,the common regulation economics rarely concerns this industry.Most regulation in the finance industry emphasizes the supervision.This paper will analyze and review the revolution of the regulation theory,the empirical research of regulation on the finance industry,and the economical analysis of the regulation in the finance industry as well as the newest regulation method in the finance industry.
