| 摘 要： | 通过对产业转移、产业集聚之间互动关系的梳理，文章提出：将发展产业集聚作为承接产业转移的战略选择。承接的目的是培育优势集聚产业，承接的重点是增强产业配套能力。有鉴于此，文章立足承接地，并以滁州为例，通过构建产业集聚静态和动态指数模型，对其产业空间集聚程度测定，并在此基础上对重点承接产业的选择及承接对策进行相关研究。

| Abstract: | On the basis of theoretieally analyzing of the interactive relation exists between industrial agglomeration and industrial transference,the paper draws a conclusion that utilizing industrial agglomeration strategy is the strategic choice to undertake the industrial transfer.By constructing the static and dynamics indicators,this paper measures the concentration of industrial agglomeration about industries of Chuzhou,Finally,the resolutions and counter-measures are proposed on the basis of the analysis. |
