| 摘 要： | 文章以铜陵学院学生为调查对象,从学习认知能力、交流沟通能力、就业创业能力和团队合作能力四个方面分析应用型高校大学生的综合素质现状,并根据调查结果显示的问题提出提高大学生综合素质的建议。

| Abstract: | The research in this paper is based on the survey of the students in Tongling College.The comprehensive abilities of students in application oriented colleges were analyzed from the perspectives of learning ability,communication skill,employment and cooperation.Moreover,relevant advices are presented on the improvement of students’ comprehensive abilities. |
