| 摘 要： | 不同于国有大型企业,中小企业规模小、资金少,金融危机下,面临的市场竞争压力加剧。财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,直接关系到企业的生存和发展。本文从我国中小企业现状出发,分析了中小企业财务管理方面的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议,从而促进中小企业健康发展。
