农村人力资本对农村经济增长贡献的实证分析

对于“人力资本对经济增长具有较大的促进作用”这一观点,国内外学术界已经达成了共识,但是对于“农村人力资本是否对农村产出具有重要贡献”还未形成一致意见。本文首先对农村人力资本现状进行了分析,之后以内生经济增长理论为基础,将人力资本变量引入C-D生产函数模型,运用Eviews软件对人力资本对农村经济增长的贡献进行了实证分析。发现人力资本对农村产出具有显著的正向作用,但贡献率较低,在对其原因进行剖析的基础上,得出了本文的结论并提出对策建议。

Empirical Analysis on Contribution of Rural Human Capital to Rural Economic Growth

International research field has achieved agreement that human capital is of great effect on economic growth.But whether the rural human capital does contribute to rural economic growth has not got common viewpoint yet.we start out this paper from analyzing rural capital actuality.Then using endogenous economic growth theory and introducing human capital variable into CD production function model,we employ empirical method to study the contribution of rural human capital to rural economic growth by Eviews software.The result shows that the contribution of human capital to rural output is abviously positive.Whereas its contribution rate is relatively lower.Finally,on the basis of the analysis above,the paper draws the conclusion.
