| 摘 要： | 目前,我国高等师范院校教育实习存在着组织工作难、管理不规范、过程时间短等问题,应采取建立长期、稳定的实习基地,探索新型、多样的实习模式,确定科学、合理的实习时间等措施,不断改进和加强。
