| 摘 要： | 随着我国法治建设的不断加强,法学教育进入了快速发展的轨道。要在保持一定发展规模的基础上,提升学生的综合素质和能力就必须深化法学教育改革,正确处理好法学教育与司法考试、知识传授与思维训练、专才教育与通才教育等三大关系。

| Abstract: | With the enhancement of legal construction in our country,law education enters rapid development.But if we maintain the developing scale,promote students'comprehensive quality and ability,we should deepen the reform of law education,correctly deal with three relationships among law education and legislation examination,knowledge impartment and thinking training,the education between the persons with professional skills and all-round persons. |
