| 摘 要： | 传统的企业再造理论主要是关于企业内部流程的再造,着重于企业内部的重整以适应外部环境。企业再造还需要基于价值链分析在组织层面上加以研究。再造企业生存与发展的外部组织环境,即进行企业外部再造。企业再造的成功,是企业内外部协同再造的结果。还对企业外部再造的内容进行了初步探索。

| Abstract: | The classic theory of Reengineering is mainly about business process reengineefing, and it emphasizes the reengineer within the enterprise for the sake of adaptability to the outer environments. Reengineerlng should be studied at the organizational level based on value chain analysis,and the outer organizational environments of the enterprise for survival and development should also be reengineered.That is Outer Reengineering.The synergistic effect of Outer Reengineefing and Inner Reengineering contributes to the success of Reengineering.It also studies the contents of Outer Reengineering elementarily. |
