桦南县实施农业产业化研究

从桦南县农业产业化经营的现状、农业产业化发展中存在的问题、原因及其影响,农业产业化的对策与建议的角度出发研究农业产业化问题。提出桦南县应当加快发展农业产业化的观点。设计了在桦南县"着力发展规划八大园区、培育和壮大五条支柱产业龙头、加强对产业化经营的引导、加快科技创新、建立完善利益关系、强化标准化建设和政策支持力度"等策略。通过深入系统的分析论证,得出了"在桦南县发展现代农业,推进农业现代化,必须注重农业产业化,必须走专业、集约、规模经营之路"的结论。

Research of Practising Industrialization of Agriculture in Huanan County

Based on the present situation, the problems, the reasons and the influence of the industrialization of agriculture in Huanan county, gived the advices and the countermeasures to agriculture industrilazation. Proposed the view of accelerating the development of the industrialization of agriculture in Huanan county. Design the strategy of " focusing on planning developing the eight major park, nurturing and strengthening the five pillar industries in the lead, strengthening the guide of industrial management, accelerating scientific and technological innovation, and establishing and improving relations of interests, strengthening the building of standardization and policy support " in the Huanan county. Through in- depth analysis of the feasibility studies, drew a conclusion that the " must follow the road of professional, intensive, the scale operation developing modern agriculture and promoting agricultural modernization in Huanan county .
