| 摘 要： | 为研究公积金参与到公租房项目融资中对项目建设的影响，基于PPP融资结构模型，引入公积金参与前段投资以及后期租金偿付，重点讨论了公积金在PPP融资结构中的作用并优化PPP融资结构模型；同时，通过分析公积金参与公租房建设对融资的影响，对盈利能力、融资风险以及对承租户的影响三方面进行研究，最后根据影响的分析结果提出了相应的应对措施。
