中国住户抽样调查技术的改革思考

我国住户统计抽样调查中存在着系统性、准确性、及时性等问题。通过对现行的多目标分层抽样调查方法存在的抽样框设计、数据质量、系统性偏差等主要问题进行了深度研究和机理分析,提升我国住户抽样调查技术的有效方法是,以县级统计为总体进行多目标抽样,改变调查内容巧获敏感信息,加强信息系统与基层信息站创建工作等。
