| Abstract: | Adopting economic theory the article studies the concepts of "tourism setting up city"to show that the idea merely meaning to city concept, we should adopt the more abroad "tourism promoting market" theory to apprehend questions, and through making positive research on the tourism industry of Guilin the paper discusses the import effect which tourism makes on innovation. |
