| 摘 要： | 在对美国近十年来衡量"公共交通引导城市发展"效果的评价研究进行概括介绍的基础上,重点从评价框架、评价内容与指标、指标的特性三方面对评价方法进行了归纳性研究,对其评价方法的经验进行了总结,以期对中国城市进行"公共交通引导城市发展"有所启示。

| Abstract: | TOD has gained currency in the United States as a means of promoting low-carbon and sustainable development,injecting vitality into declining inner-city settings,and expanding lifestyle choices.The studies about the evaluation of TOD outcome in USA over the past decade are outlined.Then the evaluation method is elaborated from three aspects: evaluation framework,evaluation contents and indicators,and indicators’ properties.Finally the experiences of evaluation method of TOD in USA are summarized and their implications are discussed to the construction and implementation of TOD in China. |
