| 摘 要： | 目前，我国乡村旅游发展面临着诸多困难，区域合作发展乡村旅游是一条可行的途径。在区域合作框架下，乡村旅游涉及许多要素和多个利益主体，构成一个复杂系统。乡村旅游的区域旅游合作组织要由政府、社区和企业三方面组成，他们分别承担不同的职能，尤其需要在区域整体基础上，建立面向游客需求的产品开发机制，以及全面参与的营销合作体系。
