中国经济对外依存度实证分析与对策研究

本文利用1990年以来的统计数据,系统地分析了中国经济对外依存度的变动趋势,研究结果表明:我国经济的外债依存度达到135%;外资依存度达到3.7%;外贸依存度达到77.92%,外贸依存度中出口依存度为41.15%,进口依存度为36.77%。中国经济对外依存度的高速增长,表明中国利用世界资源,参与世界财富分配的能力增强,但对外依存度提高的背后却存在着引资政策不合理、贸易产品技术含量低、外债结构不合理、外汇储备存量偏大等诸多问题,这些问题的有效解决对我国经济的健康发展具有重要意义。

Empirical Analysis and Strategic Study on China's Dependence Ratio

Using the data from 1990, this paper analyzes the changing tendency of China's dependence ratio. The result of research indicates that China's external debt dependence ratio attains 135%, foreign capital dependence ratio attains 3.7%, and foreign trade dependence ratio attains 77.92%. According to foreign trade dependence ratio, export dependence ratio is 41.15%, and import dependence ratio is 36.77%. The rapid development of China's dependence ratio indicates that the ability that China using the world resource and taking part in the world wealth's allocation becomes stronger. However, at the background of the rapid increase, there exists some problems such as the irrational foreign investment inviting policy, the tradable products with lower technical content, the unreasonable debt constitution and the larger foreign exchange reserve. The effective settlement of these problems has an important significance for the perfect development of China's economics.
