| 摘 要： | 通过对国际河流和地区安全关系的理论阐述,指出国际河流不但可能恶化地区国际危机,也可能促进流域国之间的全面合作,从而实现地区安全,流域国家只有善意合作,才能促成国际河流与地区安全关系的良性循环。

| Abstract: | The theories of the relationship between international rivers and regional security were theoretically studied.It was proposed that the international rivers could deteriorate international crisis and also promote the comprehensive cooperation between the basin countries so as to achieve regional security.Only the virtuous cooperation between the basin countries could result in positive circle of the relationship between international rivers and regional security. |
