| 摘 要： | 在经济迅速发展的今天,大型工程开发和建设给当代社会带来经济利益的同时也带来了许多问题。利益的产生和分配促使社会结构以及社会利益格局的转化,社会不断发展而社会矛盾和冲突也日益尖锐。社区作为整个社会的缩影,研究工程项目对其带来的实际影响,为项目在决策阶段提供评价依据,更有利于社会的可持续发展以及社会主义现代化有条不紊的前进。

| Abstract: | With the development of economic,the development and construction of large-scale projects has not only brought economic, benefits to contemporary society but also brought many problems.The generation and distribution of the benefits promotes transformation on social structures and social interest pattern.So, along with the continuous development of society, social contradictions and conflicts are also increasingly acute.The research on the actual impact of community, as a microcosm of whole society,can offer evaluating basis on the project indecision-making stage, which is more conducive to the sustainable development of society. |
