| Abstract: | In this paper, we design a Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS) for construction project bidding evaluation based on Browser/server and JSP technology. It also describes the global structure, the functional model and the work flow of IDSS . It makes bidding working transparent,standard, systematical and scientific, improves the efficiency and veracity of bidding decision. |
