| 摘 要： | 文章首先阐释了道家“自然无为”的要义，然后分析了“自然无为”对企业人本管理的借鉴意义，最后指出了老子《道德经》蕴涵的“长久”思想是现代企业永续经营的智慧宝藏，并提出了企业永续经营的具体途径。
