| 摘 要： | 利用平衡记分卡法,从供应链业务流程、财务、客户、学习及发展四个方面建立绩效评价指标体系,并应用BP神经网络的方法对供应链的绩效进行综合评价,最后通过M ATLAB在计算机上进行实现并给出实例。
