住房保障标准的指标及家庭结构问题研究

住房保障标准是保障性住房政策中的一项重要内容,为此本文专门研究衡量保障标准所采用的指标,及制定保障标准所考虑的问题。文章认为,套内面积才是真正的安全栖身之所的面积,所以衡量保障标准的指标应以套内实占面积为主,建筑面积和居室个数为辅;住房保障以家庭为对象,所以保障标准的制定应考虑家庭结构和老龄化问题。

housing security standard is one important content in security housing policy,which is the index specifically for researching the measure of security standard in this paper and the issues to be considered in constituting security standard.This paper believes that the indoor area is the real area for secure inhabiting,so the index measuring security standard should take the real indoor occupant area as priority,and the construction area and the number of rooms is assisting;housing security uses family as target,so the constitution of security standard should consider the family structure and aging issues.
