| 摘 要： | 21世纪在教育领域以计算机为基础的现代教育技术已被广泛应用，而且随着现代教育技术日趋成熟和运用程度不断提高，它必将引起包括教育模式、教学内容、教学方法和教学手段的变革，进而产生和形成新的教育观念和新的教学模式。多媒体技术以其新颖、直观、交互性强为主要特点并运用于体育教学中，它变体育教学原有的师生双边教学互动为师生加多媒体技术的多边教学互动，这样的改变使得体育教学的方法和手段更为多样化，信息含量更高，授课形式更为生动直观，从而大大提高了体育教学的质量和效率。
