| 摘 要： | 党内民主建设在整个社会主义民主政治建设中处于关键地位。党内民主建设搞好了，就会带动整个社会主义民主政治建设的发展和提高发展社会主义民主政治的能力，并进而全面提升党的执政能力。党内民主政治建设是一项系统的社会工程，当前应着重从切实保障党员的民主权利、进一步完善党内民主制度、加强程序民主建设、完善党内监督机制、培养党员的民主意识等方面来进行。
