组织结构、运营效率与商业银行发展

中国商业银行长期实行的是地区事业部制的组织结构。尽管该组织模式与中国现有的政府体制和经济体制相衔接,但也存在诸多弊端。近年来,国内许多商业银行开始进行业务条线事业部制改革,但效果不很理想。中国商业银行组织结构的变革应明确组织结构设计的原则,选择恰当的目标模式,并在此基础上积极创造改革的环境和条件,制定合理的改革措施。
