| 摘 要： | 本文运用了现代公司治理理念结合邵东县中小企业的治理特点,从中小企业的内部治理问题入手,详细的分析了邵东县中小企业治理结构、经理人员的选聘机制、报酬激励机制、约束机制、决策机制等方面的不足。在此基础上提出了解决邵东县中小企业内部治理问题的相应对策。
