Strategic Thought over Commercial Development in China

With the fully open to foreign investment in distribution industry, it is core issue -how to establish one integrated commercial development strategy in China. This paper combines the practice with theory, the author suggests we should recognize the strategic position of commercial industry in the national economy, focus on building the statistic information system, enforce industry regulation and competition policy , and evaluate cor-rectlv the foreign investment in commercial industry.
