公务员培训工作的新思考

《行政学院工作条例》的颁布实施标志着行政学院的工作进入新的发展阶段。作为行政学院重要职能的公务员培训工作在新阶段面临着新机遇，同时也面临着新挑战。现阶段安徽公务员培训工作要上新台阶，必须要在突出培训特色，提高培训质量上下功夫。具体地说，就是要在培训观念、培训模式、培训的内容、培训的方式、学员管理等方面继续进行改革创新，以贯彻落实《行政学院工作条例》为契机，真抓实干，务求实效。

New Thinking on the Work of the Civil Servant Training

Academy of Governance Working Regulations which has been enacted and brought into effect symbolized that the development of Academy of Governance has entered a new stage. Civil Servant Training,which embodies the important function of Academy of Governance, at the new stage, is in face of new opportunities, meanwhile new challenges. To reach a new level, civil servant training of Anhui Province must make great efforts on outstanding training uniqueness, improving training quality. Concretely speaking, reformation and innovation should continue to be carried out in the aspect of training philosophy,training model, training items, training methods, trainee management etc. Taking advantage of the fulfillment of Academy of Governance Working Regulations, we should be steadfast in our work and achieve practical results.
