关于我国区域经济协调发展问题的几点思考

我国区域经济协调发展战略策略的提出，促进了西部大开发、东北地区等老工业基地的振兴和中部地区的崛起，同时，率先发展的东部地区也取得了新成绩。目前，应针对存在的问题，在科学发展观指导下，进一步推进区域协调发展战略的实施：着重加强宏观调控，健全市场机制；统筹区域发展规划，推进形成主体功能区，优化各区域的发展方向；加强区域经济合作，由政府主导型合作向企业主导型合作过渡；落后经济区域应发挥本地优势，突出特色，加快自身发展。
