广东省各地市科技创新券后补助政策分析

2015年—2017年，广东省连续三年投入财政资金试行开展科技创新券后补助专项工作，支持中小微企业向科技服务机构购买服务。全省各地市积极开展创新券后补助专项工作，该专项对引导中小微企业加大研发投入、促进科技服务机构发展具有很好的推动作用。3年期间，创新券后补助专项共撬动全省中小微企业科技创新投入超16亿元，筛选了一批资质优、诚信好、服务水平高的科技服务机构，推动了科技服务机构的有序健康发展。

Analysis on Subsidy Policy of Science and Technology Innovation Vouchers in Various Cities of Guangdong Province

From 2015 to 2017, Guangdong Province has invested in financial funds for three consecutive years to carry out special subsidies for science and technology innovation vouchers, and supports small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase services from science and technology service organizations. All provinces and cities actively carry out special work for post-innovation voucher subsidies, which has a good impetus to guide small and medium-sized enterprises to increase R&D investment and promote the development of science and technology service institutions. During the three-years, the special subsidy for innovation vouchers has stimulated the investment in science and technology innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the province to exceed 1.6 billion yuan, a group of scientific and technological service institutions with excellent qualifications, good integrity and high service level were selected to promote the orderly and healthy development of science and technology service institutions.
