| 摘 要： | 以东部地区十一个省份为研究对象，选取反映房地产发展水平的重要指标，通过对原始数据的采集处理，运用因子分析的方法对房地产发展水平进行研究，分析了各地区的优势所在，并指出了地区应该从哪些方面来改进以提高自身的综合竞争力。

And then the author analyzes the advantages in each region,and gives out some advice on how to improve their comprehensive competency. |
