| 摘 要： | 医疗责任保险是职业责任保险的一种,在我国由于受到经济水平、法律制度、保险意识等诸多因素的影响,尚处于起步阶段,而由于医疗单位普遍存在的一些看法,又使该保险发展缓慢。因此,从医疗责任保险的可保性和意义等方面进行分析,结合我国的实际情况,提出我国医疗责任保险制度合理的发展构想。

| Abstract: | Medical liability insurance is a kind of professional liability insurances.Because of the impacts of many factors such as economic level,legal system,insurance awareness,medical liability insurance is still in the starting stage in our country,furthermore,some opinions existing in medical units widely slow down the development of this insurance.Should analyze and study the medical liability insurance from the aspects of significance,insurability and so on,combining our country's actuality,put forward reasonable development proposals. |
