摘    要:随着我国人民生活水平的提高,食用油已与消费者健康息息相关,产品应朝着安全、优质、营养、方便的方向发展。本文主要就食用油在原料采集过程中、油脂加工过程中以及储藏过程中可能出现的食品安全问题进行综述,并分析研究应对对策措施。

Abstract:With the improvement of people's living standards, cooking oil has been closely linked with the health of consumers; the product should be toward the safety, quality, nutritious and convenient direction. This paper focuses on the problems may arise during the process of collecting raw materials, oil processing and storage and the countermeasures are analyzed and researched.
