| 摘 要： | 随着城镇化水平的不断提高,城镇用地的扩展将进入加速阶段.在新形势下,新农村的建设将会对农村的经济社会发展产生重大影响,同时也会广泛涉及到农村土地的开发利用.这势必对农村土地的综合开发提出更高的要求,如何在统筹城乡经济发展的过程中统筹城乡土地规划,是统筹城乡经济一体化的根本内容要求.

| Abstract: | With the level of urbanization increasing,the development of the urban land is going to be a accelerated stage.In the new situation,the construction of new socialist countryside will give birth to great effect for the rural economy and society development involving the development for the rural land use widely.It must need high requirement for the overall development of the rural land.How to plan the urban land and rural land use in entirety between the town and countryside is a fundamental need for the planning the urban and rural economy entirety. |
