| 摘 要： | 在明清时期,由于土地产权独立性增强,土地交易日益频繁,土地流转加速,使得土地交易更加复杂,也更为零细化。通过回顾明清土地产权构成的变化,梳理当时的土地流转方式,并分析影响土地流转的几个因素,以期对明清农村土地产权流转的趋势有更全面的认识。

| Abstract: | In Ming-Qing dynasty,land trade had become more complex for strengthening of land property independence,frequent land trade and quick land transfer.This paper retrospect the change of land property structure,trims land transfer models and analyzes some factors that influence land transfer so as to have a clear and comprehensive recognition for the tendency of rural land property transfer in Ming-Qing dynasty. |
