| 摘 要： | 银行资本结构特殊性就在于其资产和负债本身，在存在不确定性的经济环境中，其资本结构的特殊性必然影响其治理结构的有效性，从而使银行的治理结构也表现出某些特殊性或者说某些结果与效应。政策含义是：通过调整国有银行的资本结构即股权结构与债权结构，可以达到完善国有银行治理结构、提升其治理效率的目的。

| Abstract: | The particularity of bank capital structure lies in its assets and liability. In an uncertain economic environment, it will undoubtedly affect the effectiveness of the governance structure, and accordingly the bank capital structure presents certain particularity or effects. Thus, the policy suggestions proposed by authors are that the governance structure improvement of state-owned banks and the increase of their governance effectiveness can be realized by adjusting the capital structure of state-owned banks, that is, the equity structure and the debt structure. |
