Applying PPP Mode in Financing on Urban Rail Transit Construction

With project financing as the centerpiece, the financing mode of PPP is a realization form of project financing. The financing mode of PPP not only attract more private capital to participate in the project construction, but also assure the return on investment to some extent, reduce the investment risks in the construction at the initial stage, which can benefit all the participating parties such as government, enterprises and private firms. Through the discussion on the target and operating reflections of PPP mode, this paper puts forward the PPP mode suitable to the urban rail transit construction in China and some problems needing attention.
