| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗是在政府的扶持下推行的满足基本医疗需求的农村医疗保险制度。试行4年的发展，取得了一定的成绩，但在基金的筹集、分配、使用过程中仍存在一定的问题。加强新型农村合作医疗基金的财务管理是实现新型农村合作医疗制度可持续发展的重要举措。

| Abstract: | New rural cooperation medical system is carried out to satisfy the basic medical need of rural cooperation medical system under the government support.After four years development,it has definite achievement.But it still has some problems in the operation process,which include the accumulation,distribution and usage of the fund.Strongthening the finance management in new rural cooperation medical system is the important method of realizing the sustainable development of the new rural cooperation medical system. |
