| Abstract: | In the ruling period of Chu huai Emperor, there were no explicit unifying ideas and no consistent diplomatic strategies. In addition, Chu huai Emperor in his late years was politically fatuous and personally obstinate. These resulted in Chu State's failure both in diplomacy and military. |
