The third industry structure of Nanan District of Chongqing has entered the II period of industrialization, which equals to the level of middle-income countries. The secondary industry has a bigger proportion and develops normally and its structure is unreasonable. The first industry proportion is higher and the tertiary industry proportion is lower than national level and developing countries. The employment elastic coefficients have decreasing phenomena and the society has the pressure of employment. Sustainable development has bigger pressure because the carrying ability of land, resources, ecology and environment is limited.
